Last November we had the pleasure in taking pre-wedding photo shoot of Edith and Zico. Edith Wong was a finalist for Miss Hong Kong, and also a renowned celebrity and TV presenter in Hong Kong. Yet in spite all of the prestigious title, what really astonish me is their positive attitude. To us, this couple is a guru in positive thinking, and you can almost see halos above their head. We’ve got the proof during our photo session with them. It rained before (and still drizzle during) photo shoot in the rice field, yet Edith and Zico went in the mud cheerfully. Their comment: “The mud feels nice.” Talking about positive thinking.

We were planning to make this photo the last shot of the day. We never imagine the wave got so high it got our three cameras! Needless to say, this is our last shot afterall
. One of the cameras needed to be repaired right away, but it is a fair price for such great photos of this wonderful couple. Edith and Zico, thank you for your wonderful and take-it-easy attitude in every situation, thus letting us get great shots of you guys. It sure was fun! -Windee, Ary-

What is often called as “the ship of the desert”, have hump(s), and is a fun and unique addition for an engagement-portrait photo shoot? If you guess camel, you’re absolutely correct! Rosa Tifanda and Frederick Corten’s engagement portrait photo session was started at the beautiful beach of Nikko Bali, and followed with their camel-riding session. The camels didn’t give Rosa and Frederick the stranded-in-the-desert look, but the fun and funky couple sure look totally in love.

That goes the same with a ricefield session (as pictured above), and also the finale at Canggu Beach. It is a real treat to see love conquers the day. See their photo clip here. Congratulations, Rosa and Fred! -Ary-

“Sunshine through my window/ that’s what you are..” (by Gabrielle)
Some say that love is warm and bright, just like sunshine. After seeing Yuliana and Willy’s pre-wedding picture, I can’t help but completely agree with it.

The sun really shines through and blessed the couple with its warm ray at their photo shoot in Mercure Sanur. After that, they also had photo shoot at Uluwatu beach and Canggu beach, and we are so happy to say that their smile never falters.

That’s what we called the spirit of love! Best wishes for both of you, Yulianna and Willy. –Ary–

Just before their wedding ceremony, Yvonne and Steven manage to steal some time to do their pre-wedding photo shoot in The Ritz-Carlton area.

The wedding itself was held in Astina Chapel, at The Ritz- Carlton Bali. The glass-decorated chapel creates a wonderful and bright atmosphere for the wedding. You can really see the joy on Yvonne and Steven’s face as they smiled towards the camera.

Their wedding cocktail was held in the surrounding of Astina Chapel, accompanied with the sounds of the wave and refreshing sea breeze. As you can see on the balloon-releasing picture, the effect was quite wonderful
.

The wedding was closed by a wedding dinner at Asmara Gazebo. Such a wonderful event indeed. Wish you both all the best, Yvonne and Steven! -Ary-

As a little child I always wonder, what happened after the prince and princess manage to get away from evil Baba Yaga? Surely they’ll live happily ever after, but alas, the picture in the story book always incomplete and makes me wonder, “What happen next?” Now I know. Seeing Lena and Denis’s post wedding photos is like finding the last page(s) of the book and transport me back to the childhood memories of ‘happily ever after’. Yet this young Russian couple is more than just a page in the book, they are lively real and delightfully friendly. Newly married Lena and Denis came all the way from historical St. Petersburg and was on their honeymoon in Bali. Their warm personality creates a wonderful atmosphere for the post-wedding photo session, where we (Lena-Denis and The Photo Factory team) talked together and have fun and create great photos as the result.
But the pleasure does not end there. The dinner with Windee, Diana and Stella that follow was a fine dinner, in which pleasant conversation was exchanged, from daily stories to the movie Anastasia and Once Upon a Time in America. The Russian is known to have a rich culture, and after meeting Lena and Denis, I guess it is safe to say that Russian also have a rich personality, one that we will not forget for a very long time. Congratulations on your wedding, Lena and Denis. For us, Russia will always have the same ring as warmth from now on!
PS: An ultimate tip from Lena to all Russians: Do not open a Solarium in Bali!

The thing that we love most when taking pre-wedding and wedding pictures are the couple. Some were cool, some were pleasant, and some, like Sedonia and Eimund, were just awesome. Sedonia – a senior designer in Hong Kong –, and Eimund – whose hobby is underwater photography – are funny, spontaneous, and absolutely friendly. The photo shoot was a pleasure for The Photo Factory team, and we are proud to say that the photo result shows them exactly who they are: fun, friendly, and totally in love. Good photographers can make great pictures, but it takes great couple to make outstanding results. View their photo clip here. Sedonia and Eimund, you are simply wonderful

Having Jenny & Waris (from Hongkong) for a pre wedding shooting was like having good friends from abroad coming for a visit.
They were totally relaxed and ready to do just about anything. The next evening Jenny & Waris invited us (Diana, daughter Stella and me) for dinner at our favorite comfy restaurant Arena in Sanur.
We had a great time and surely will meet again for more hours of chat and laughter! -Windee-

Lush and cool surrounding of The Royal Pita Maha became the witness of the Heather and Kyle’s wedding. Their small and intimate wedding was being held after a romantic photo tour in the Ubud area. Absolutely wonderful. -Ary-

Julia gave us a call to book a pre wedding photo session for the next day. and that was 20 minutes before she and Gilroy flew to Bali for a short vocation. as suddenly as it might seemed but the next day they were really having their pre wedding photo session with us. Julia was so nervous because this photo session was a new big thing for Gliroy but they did great and being themselves was just what they had to do to have all these wonderful pictures – Nda M. -

Came all the way from Hong Kong to have their pre wedding photos taken in Bali. They jumped here and there, were opened for all sort of ideas, and brought tons of ideas themselves. Michelle is a wedding expert so said Frankie, and I second that
.
A really lovely couple, we love them from the first meeting.
