This is one of the first photos I made, back in April 1996. Planning to travel to Egypt, Greece & Turkey,
and wanting to preserve beautiful memories of it, I decided to buy my very first camera, a Canon EOS 5
(which I only later heard, and found out myself, that it’s an excellent camera).
What wasn’t planned was I got so crazy about photography after that,
that I didn’t show up at the university for 4-5 semesters,
busy with my new hobby taking pictures and developing them in my darkroom a.k.a. bathroom.

i’m so glad i had chance witnessing those early days… my intuition was right then.. something (or someone? i prefer something) very very very talented developed from that tiny bathroom hehehehehe
